Panathenaic Stadium Track Temporarily Closed to Visitors Until 16 September 2026

We would like to inform you that the track at the Panathenaic Stadium will not be accessible to visitors until and including 16 September 2026, due to the replacement of the track surface and preparations for the Lighting and Handover Ceremony of the Flame for the Dakar 2026 Youth Olympic Games, which will take place on 10 September, as well as for the two musical events scheduled for 14 and 15 September.

Access to the track will resume from 17 September 2026.
